Good day, Arzini,
QuickBooks Desktop lets you use keyboard shortcuts to do tasks in the program.
However, some features don't have shortcut keys, such as making deposits and receiving payments.
You can refer to this article for the action and its shortcut: Keyboard shortcuts in QuickBooks Desktop.
While there isn't an option for this, you can minimize those windows. Doing this lets you restore or maximize them without navigating the menus. Please see the attached screenshot below for your guidance.
