Cannot get the logo to show on the email from QBO to the customer for a quote/estimate. It is showing on the quote itself but the customers sometimes think the email is not genuine as no company logo. Any advice?

Does the logo show on invoices you send out is it just on the estimates it is not showing for you or is it on both? Does the logo show in custom form styles invoices and estimate template that you use could you double check please.
It shows on the physical Invoice and Estimate, and also on the invoice email from QBO but not on the email relating to the estimate.
Hello Radk, Thanks for the update. Are you using an estimate template that you have created custom form styles? Can you in the estimate itself>on the black banner at the bottom> click on customise>edit current>make logo edits>if the logo is hidden unhide it and save. If it is not can you hide it>save>unhide it>save. Then exit out of that and back into the estimate and check if it then shows the logo on the email. Thanks
Thank you. We are using a custom form, but I have done this in the quote template and made this the default but the logo is still not showing on the email.
