Before anything else, we'd like to recognize your effort in looking for a workaround to continue performing your task in QuickBooks accurately.
Any new operating system launch brings some compatibility issues for applications developed before the operating system was created. We are aware of a couple of issues when using QB on the new macOS Sonoma.
Intuit is working to deliver compatibility patches as soon as it can. We have to wait for Apple to release the final version to the public before we officially test our software. We hope to have this done within 1-2 weeks from the time the OS is released.
