Mileage tracking issue

Welcome to the Community, @SChilvers7

Mileage Tracker is only available in the Online (QBO) and Self-Employed (QBSE) version of QuickBooks.

I'm here to help ensure that your trips will sync to QBO or QBSE. First off, let's ensure that your iOS is updated. The latest version is 6.2.8. Then, set your phone's location permission is set to "Always",  and the Motion and Fitness.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBSE or QBO account via the mobile app.
  2. Go to the Mileage tab, then ensure that auto-tracking is green and turn On.
  3. Tap the Menu icon, then choose Settings.
  4. Make sure Track Slow Speed Trips is blue and turn On. Then, ensure that all settings under Mileage Tracking are showing in green light
  5. If you see red, tap Fix This.

However, if your app is already updated and set but your trips still aren't syncing, you can manually add them so you can track it again in QBO. Check out this great article for more details: How to track mileage in QBO?.

If the issue persists, I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care team. They can check your data to help you identify what's causing the issue and resolve it.

I'm always around here to help in case you have additional questions. Take care.
