Morning I need to change my bank account for your direct debit can you advice please

Good morning too, @mikaelm47. Yes, I'm here to provide the two options on how to change your bank account for direct debit. This way, you'll be able to pay your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription automatically.

If you subscribed to QBO through a web browser, let's go to the Payment method section to complete this task. Please log in to your QBO account as a Master or Company Admin before performing the steps below.

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Account and settings under Your Company
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
  4. In the Payment method section, click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
  5. Choose Direct Debit
  6. Update your bank account info.
  7. Make sure the Billing Address in QBO is the same as the one on your bank statement.
  8. Click Save.

The screenshot below shows you the last six steps.

If you subscribed to QBO through the app store, let's update your payment info specific to the phone model you're using. For App Store (iPhone or iPad), perform the steps below:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Select iTunes App Store.
  3. Choose your Apple ID and View Apple ID.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password.
  5. Click Manage under Subscriptions
  6. Select your QBO subscription and make the necessary changes.

For Google Play (Android), you can open a web browser. Then, sign in to your Google Wallet account and select Payment methods. Locate the direct debit you want to update and click Edit. Make the necessary changes and choose Save

Aside from updating your bank account for direct debit, you can perform other tasks on the Billing & Subscription page. These are upgrading, downgrading your subscription, and viewing your payment history. It helps you manage your payment and plan info in QBO. For more details, visit this article: Billing & Subscription Overview

I'll be right here to help if you need further assistance. Enjoy the rest of your day, @mikaelm47.
