I have a client who is Master Admin on their QB and employs someone to do the admin (Full Access), but when I raise requests they go to the Director and I need to change it to go to admin. How do I change the requests to go to a different email rather than the master admin.
You can edit the recipients email address when raising the client request by creating the request and going to Preview and send > Preview email > Edit the To* email address.
