My address is changed

To assist you better, could you provide more details about your concern? Are you trying to update your business address in QuickBooks Online, or are you wondering why it has changed?

 

If you are referring to your company address that needs to be updated, you can edit it directly in QuickBooks settings. You can do that by following the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your account as the primary administrator.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Company tab, then click the Address section.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

 

You can also update the address that appears on your sales forms. Follow these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the template you want to modify, then select Edit under the Action column.
  3. Go to the Content tab and click the Header section.
  4. Update the information using the +Address field.
  5. Click Done to save the changes.

 

However, if you’ve noticed that the address changed without your permission, you can review the Audit Log. This feature keeps a record of all activities in your account, including changes made to your settings and who made them.
