I want to make sure that you're able to accept PayPal payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In this case, let's disconnect and reconnect the PayPal app. This will help the connection to sync up again.

Once connected, resend the invoice to your customer.

This does not work, I cannot connect any payment portals to my invoices for over a week. This needs fixed asap as I am paying for a service you are not providing and it is causing me to ask customers to pay with other methods

Can we confirm the Paypal invoices that you are experiencing this difficulty with are they unpaid in QB?Are the customers who are trying to make payment, payment details up to date?

Hi,
This all of sudden happened last week, I connected and reconnect, and no payment options come up on old or new invoices. I contact you guys via online chat and was told this has been happening for a lot of customers and to disconnect all payment types until it was fixed. However, this has still not been sorted and it causing alot of hassle for customers trying to pay invoices.

As mentioned our engineers are still working on a fix since this was reported last week. As Paypal integration is through an API it may be the cause that a function needs to be amended if something at Paypal side is different causing the links not to work as before
We apologise for the stress this has caused this is a priority for us to fix
