Planner URL not found....

Screenshot 2026-03-19 at 09.07.56.pngIt appears that the planner section has totally disappeared. Intuit I hope this isn't permanent as I find it very useful.

Planner URL not found....

Hi, Mark. I understand the concerning feeling of losing access to a feature you find so useful. The good news is the Planner hasn't been removed. This 'URL not found' error means you have entered an outdated or incorrect link. Please know it is only available in QuickBooks Online Advance and QuickBooks Online Accountant.

 

You may use this link into your account: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/forecasts (please make sure there are no extra characters at the end). Alternatively, you can navigate there manually by going to Reports menu> click Financial Planning> review your Cash Flow Planner.

 

If the error persists through the provided URL or the manual path, I recommend performing a troubleshooting steps by logging out and back into your account, or accessing your account using an incognito or private window to check if it's a browser-related issue.

 

Also, check if your user role has access to Planning features. If not, reach out to the Primary Admin on the account to grant you full access."

Planner URL not found....

Well all the information is pretty useless. 

 

I am not 'entering' an incorrect link. I am clicking the link from the menu. The URL is https://qbo.intuit.com/app/cashflow-global-planner

The link you have provided is also incorrect. https://qbo.intuit.com/app/forecasts 

 

I haven't changed any permissions, I am a primary admin and all my permissions are set to full. 

Would be handy if you reported it to technical that there seems to be an issue.

I understand how important the Planner is for your business, Mark, and I appreciate the detail you provided regarding those URLs to help us narrow this down.

 

One specific detail that can cause the Planner to disappear from the menu is the Multicurrency feature. Could you please check if you have Multicurrency turned on? You can check it on the Gear icon > Account and settings > Advanced > Currency > Multicurrency.

 

Please know that when Multicurrency is enabled, the Planner section disappears from the navigation menu because it isn't fully compatible with multiple currencies.

 

However, you can still access the tool manually using the updated link: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/cashflowplanner. While the Planner can still allow you to add transactions, please keep in mind that because Multicurrency is active, you might encounter some display or calculation inconsistencies since the tool is optimized for a single currency.

 

If you haven't enabled Multicurrency and that link still results in an error, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They are our technical experts and can screen-share with you to investigate why your specific interface is still pulling an outdated path and provide a permanent fix.

Planner URL not found....

Multi currency is disabled. The second link does work. So the link which is in the menu listing is incorrect. Of course I can't change that as that is at server level.  

 

So to sum up.

https://qbo.intuit.com/app/cashflow-global-planner - Doesn't work. This is the URL from the link in the menu.

https://qbo.intuit.com/app/forecasts  - Doesn't work. This was the link previously posted @Michmich 

https://qbo.intuit.com/app/cashflowplanner - Does work but isn't associated with any direct link within the menu system...

 

Efficient stuff. Please fix this.

Planner URL not found....

After doing a little bit more hunting last night it appears that the web url has been changed in recent days. My bookmarked from the menu which has been like that for the last two years stopped working due to the URL change. The Planner link on the homer page goes to the new URL. 

This feels like sloppy work from the web team. Changing entire page URLs without apparent reason is careless; it unnecessarily disrupts users' experience and breaks established bookmarks and habits.
