We have four users serving seven different companies. One of the company files will not allow us to change to single-user if opened in multi-user mode, even though no one else is in the file. When this is attempted, the file locks and we need to have our IT guys reset services to unlock the file.
We have no such issues with the other six company files, only this one company. Any ideas how to fix?
