QBO PLUS UK CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I cannot seem to cancel the QBO Plus UK Subscription after I subscribed few days into the free trial. I now do not wish to continue. Calls to Intuit/QBO UK have been futile. I will try call them Monday 22/6/2020. See attached screenshot where I cannot cancel my subscription.

QBO PLUS UK CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Hi there, @HAM9000_8.

 

You can use an incognito browser to check if this is caused by a browser-related issue, then you can cancel it from there. If you can cancel it successfully, you can clear your browser's cache to avoid having issues with the program in the future.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Hold down + Option +
  • Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If you aren't able to cancel it, you can use another supported browser as an alternative. Should you wish to contact them about your subscription payment, the support hours of QuickBooks Online team is Monday to Friday from 9 A.M to 5 P.M

Also, if you want to resubscribe in the future, you can do that as long as it's within the 10-month period for the trial subscription and 1 year for the regular subscription.
