Hi there, @HAM9000_8.
You can use an incognito browser to check if this is caused by a browser-related issue, then you can cancel it from there. If you can cancel it successfully, you can clear your browser's cache to avoid having issues with the program in the future.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Hold down ⌘ + Option + P
- Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
If you aren't able to cancel it, you can use another supported browser as an alternative. Should you wish to contact them about your subscription payment, the support hours of QuickBooks Online team is Monday to Friday from 9 A.M to 5 P.M.
For more information about canceling your account in QuickBooks Online, you can check out this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Also, if you want to resubscribe in the future, you can do that as long as it's within the 10-month period for the trial subscription and 1 year for the regular subscription. For more information, here's an article that contains steps on how to get back to QuickBooks: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Please comment below if you need anything else. I'll be here to help. Stay safe out there.
