The last five days all the computers in our office have the same issue with very slow loading Quickbooks online. We have cleared cookies, cache, etc. but to no prevail. It is taking 2-3 times longer to bill out and complete simple tasks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually, most-used pages expect to load in more or less 10 seconds. While QBO is a web-based service, it also relies on your computer or device’s processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform as intended. A shortfall in any area can reduce performance. You can verify your internet speed by running a Google Speed Test to confirm the bandwidth or speed of your connection.
You can also check if your system meets the basic requirements to narrow down the reason for slow performance. You can use this link as your reference: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.
If QBO runs the same, you can open your account through a private window or another supported browser to see the result.

I'm seeing the same problem. Have checked and tried all recommendations including those in the response in this thread. Nothing makes any difference. I cannot believe it is anything to do with my pc, browser, or internet connection because everything else is running fine, and until the last week or so I have never had such problems with the speed of quickbooks online. Please come up with a solution, Intuit.

I never said I was unable to access my company file. QBO is just very slow to respond when I am doing certain things like entering or modifying customers or invoices. It is now taking me much longer to perform tasks that used to be very quick.
