Thanks for making it here, jemmamairi-hotma.
Let's figure out why the New tab is not working on your end.
We'll check if this has something to do with the browser you use. Browsers have caches that temporarily save your browsing data. When it's full, you could experience unusual behaviors in QuickBooks like non-loading pages, unresponsive buttons. Below are some of the keyboard shortcuts that you can follow:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
When you're on the incognito page, click the New tab again to make sure it's working. If it does, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.
You can also visit our QuickBooks Help Articles page if you need some reference in completing your other tasks.
Be sure to get back to me if you have additional questions. It would be my pleasure to help. Have a good one!
