Amazon gift voucher for registration

Hi! I have just registered for a quickbooks account and paid for a subscription and was wondering when I will receive the £50 amazon gift voucher as stated on the registration page?

ArthurF, did you get the voucher? I am in the same situation, subscribed since April, email stating I should receive the voucher by 11th August but still no voucher :(

Hello there, @Certico.

 

It's best to contact our Customer Care Team to ensure you receive the voucher after signing up for a QuickBooks account. This way, they can check the email you received and authenticate it. Once done, they can process the voucher to have it sent to your account.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), these are the steps:

 

  1. Access your QBSE company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click Assistant icon.
  3. Enter your concern, and then choose from the result. If you don't see the one you need, click Not helpful.
  4. Choose Talk to a human, and then enter a detailed representation of your concern.

But if you've signed up for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, know that the steps are different. You can check this page instead: QuickBooks Online Support.
