If you're using an iPhone or iPad (iOS), follow these steps:
- Open the Menu ☰.
- Tap the Gear icon, then choose Refresh Data.
- Select Refresh Now to update your app data.
If you have an Android, here’s how:
- Open the Menu ☰.
- Tap the Gear icon.
- Select Refresh Data, then confirm by tapping Yes.

In the meantime, you can manually
upload your receipts through a web browser. Simply use the camera on your mobile device to take a picture of the receipt. Make sure the file is in
PDF,
JPEG,
JPG,
GIF, or
PNG format.
