Anyone else getting really annoyed with downloading bank transactions & Quickbooks not being able to find the account. Happening on all accounts, NatWest, PayPal etc
Already tried deleting cookies, using incognito and a different device. Updated account info, get a message saying we are downloading your transactions, then nothing. Just getting constant spinning on the page. This is becoming more than a weekly event now & it's incredibly frustrating, can you just fix it please with the extra money you are earning from putting subscriptions up!

That's great, but maybe you should update the error message to say 'we are experiencing issues' rather than we can't find this account at your bank. I've wasted 90 minutes this morning trying to fix it.
