Hello, @rossgordon1.
The process of integrating a new bank feed for Clydesdale bank may take some time. You can check this article for details when this is released: Understanding if you can upgrade your bank feeds to Open Banking.
For the meantime, you can manually download the transactions from the bank and then upload the file to your account.
Check this article for more information: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. From here, you can now categorise and then reconcile the transactions.
Let me know if there's anything else that I can help. I'm always here to assist. Take care and have a great rest of the day!
So the good news is you can now sync your CYBG account with QBO.
Went live on the 4th of June.
Log onto QBO via the web application, not the desktop app. Use you user ID that starts with a C, and make sure you capitalise it. It's the same login details as you use when logging in to the CYBG Internet banking service.
Simply follow the steps.
Hello Community Users, we just wanted to update this thread about linking to Clydesdale bank. With the changes with Clydesdale and Virgin you will need to use the Virgin link in QuickBooks to connect your Clydesdale bank. You will then need to use username/customer number not the user id.
Any questions let us know.
