Hello QuickBooks,
I have a package which allows us to have 10 clients at a time and and I was being billed £22.80 in 2 months period for 10 clients. But in the month of December I purchased one more client so I was billed £38.88 why is that so ?
Secondly, before 28th of December that is billing Date I removed 2 clients so now I have 9 clients in total but still my next billing month is January and no of clients I see is 11 still but why ? This is how it shows:

Hi Coolen0ugh Did you purchase the additional client through the add client section of you account or did you contact your account manager to have the placeholder added to your account? Is it possible that you can DM us on Twitter or PM us on Facebook with your email address and or company ID number so we can access your billing information.to establish what the charges are relating to?

Thanks I have texted them but haven't receive any reply yet. Can you please update them?
I'm being overcharged for placeholder subscriptions that need to be removed from my account (as per my account manager), but I am getting no decent responses from QBO and Im being sent in circles. I'm estimating approx £400 in excess costs for this placeholder subscriptions so far. Not good

I texted them using Twitter official account for twitter. Sometimes they reply so you have to text them many times. Secondly, you go to chat by clicking help then you'll someone there
