I have been trying to choose my plan and set up the payment, but every time i sign in, the Billing page comes up automatically and is blank and will not go away! I can't get into it to sign up. I have tried on several different devices and IP addresses but no difference.

Have you ever tried to sign up with the same email before or had a trial before on that email? It could be it is picking up an old account?

What do you mean with "choose my plan"? Your tag is QBSE and they only offer a single plan for QBSE.

No, I have never been a customer before. I just cannot get past the billing page and it's always just blank. There is nothing to click on or add.... my account exists but from what I can tell, it's empty and I can't get any further.
Try opening the link I mentioned earlier on any private/incognito browser.

Let’s sign up to QuickBooks Self-Employed using a private window. This helps us determine if this is a browser-related issue.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
From there, try signing up for the program. If it works, I suggest clearing your regular browser's cache. This will delete all saved data files from your browser and start with a clean slate.
If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
Additionally, I've included our QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview article for future reference. There, you're able to see how the program helps you track everything throughout the year.
Also, I'd suggest adding a screenshot on the Billing page and the steps you've performed when signing up. This, we'll be able to investigate this issue.

I have tried this In Private and as you can see by the attached screenshot- its still not working!
Can anyone help? i'm getting really frustrated by it.

As i said previously, the Billing Page is blank! I cannot click or change anything..... it just shows as blank.
Can my account be deleted and I try again?
Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try again, does the same thing happen. Can you also try it on different web browsers as well, does the same thing happen still?

I've decided to go with another company, I have tried everything you suggested and it's just not working. I've managed to sign up with another company in under 3 minutes.
