May I know what Bank are you trying to connect with? Did you receive any error when trying to connect? If so, you can refer to this article to ensure you're able to login to your bank's website: Errors Connecting a Bank.
Here's how to re-connect your bank account:
- Select the Gear icon.
- From the drop-down menu, select Bank Accounts.
- In the search box, enter the name or the URL of your bank.
- Enter the sign-in info you use at your bank's website and select Connect securely.
