My csv file for my earlier transactions are not loading for my HSBC  statements. can you please help

Hello there, csv not loading.

 

I appreciate you for getting back to us and providing additional information on what you've done on your end. Allow me to lend a hand with the CSV files from your bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Since you've already tried all the necessary troubleshooting for the importing issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support this time. One of them will need to take over and make escalations whenever necessary to successfully add your bank data.

 

Here are the steps on how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click the Contact us hyperlink.

 

For more insights into how you can import to Self-Employed, please refer to the article I recommend on this:

 

Import transactions from other sources.

Are you receiving any type of error message when you are attempting too upload your the CSV file?

I'm having a similar problem. The loading circle thing is spinning, but nothing happens no matter how long I wait.

I haven’t received an error sign just a round progress symbol that never stops and nothing ends up loading.

Could I please confirm if you have tried alternative web browser to your preferred choice?

Just tried Edge (was using Chrome), same problem.

Yes! Tried google chrome in privacy mode incognito. But still doesn’t work, same thing happens. The thing is I’ve loaded files before but I don’t know what’s wrong this time.
