I’ve since found out how the missing logo on purchase order, remittance and statements can be added. It actually makes some sense once you know, sort of.
Because these forms can’t be edited you need to add the logo to the default invoice template. You can then also match colours/font/style to the default from your customised invoice template. It’s a bit daft why they don’t use the customised template as the base for all forms, but that’s half of the confusion.
To add to the confusion intuit staff on here don’t even understand this, it took a telephone support chap to tell me how it worked.
@Ashleigh1 you need to look into why you support don’t know this. 18 months I’ve been complaining about the missing logo with constant promises of a fix. It’s wasn’t broken, just your bad support advice unfortunately.
