Hi there, @les-mullins001.
As of now, there's an investigation where some users are having an issue with HSBC open banking connectivity. Rest assured our engineering team is working to identify the cause and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime. you'll want to upload your bank transaction to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me guide you through the steps:
- Sign in to your bank and download your transactions as .CSV file.
- Then, open your QBO account.
- Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Select the Banking tab.
- Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Select the Update ▼ drop-down arrow and then click File upload.
Furthermore, here's an article you can read for more detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Also, I encourage contacting our Support Team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once the issue is resolved, you'll be notified via email of any news and updates. To contact them, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the (?) Help icon.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
- Then select your preferred way to get in touch with them.
Additionally, I'm adding this great resource for reference. This link guides you through the details in reconciling your account effectively: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online
I appreciate your patience while we're working to fix this. You can always get back to me if you have other concerns. I'm always here to back you up. Keep safe.
