email template issue

I am emailing past due invoices in bulk via income tracker.  Once I have the invoices that I want to send selected in income tracker, when I select to batch email them, the email template that I want to use is not an option.  The only template option isn't even my default email template.  Please advise how I can bulk email the invoices so that they all have the email template of my choosing.

email template issue

We've got two ways to fix email template issues, Strive.

Solution 1: Copy and paste the correct message before sending the email

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. Select Send Forms in the left panel, then go to the Company Preferences.
  3. Highlight the template you want to use and select Edit.
  4. Copy the message body text.
  5. Go to the File menu and select Send Forms.
  6. Select the email you want to send and copy the text into the body section.
  7. Select Send Now.

Solution 2: Reset your email later settings

  1. Locate and open the transactions you want to send.
  2. Select to uncheck Email Later box and select Save and Close.
  3. Re-open the transaction. Select to check the Email Later box.
  4. Select Save and Close.

Doing this puts back the transaction to the email queue. It will now use your new template.

I'm here if you have any additional questions or any Quickbooks related concerns.
