Is anyone else getting error message: "Error loading transaction" in QBO Plus? Myself and my colleague have been getting this randomly on selecting various transactions for about a week now. We have been on to Support to no avail. Cleared cookies, cache etc, went incognito, different browsers, different PCs to no avail.
Hi MCooney Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. I note that the accounts that you're associated with are Irish accounts, you've reached out to the UK QuickBooks community. We don't have a community specifically for Irish products therefore we'd be grateful if you can contact Irish support team using the following link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ie/contact
Thanks John, there is no existing "Irish" support team, we can only communicate via online chat with Support in South Africa which we did and they did not resolve.
and are we excluded from reaching out to the UK? It's a community using pretty much the same product.
I appreciate the effort you've taken into this, @MCooney.
You're always welcome to reach out to the Community support. However, we have specialized support specifically for QuickBooks Online users in Ireland.
Since you've already troubleshoot this, I recommend contacting our designated Technical Support team to ensure you receive the assistance you need to fix this immediately.
Here's how:

Hi @MCooney
Not that it will help your cause in any way (other than proving you aren't imagining it), I've had the same issue a a couple of times in the last few weeks - I think once was when opening a Recurring Transaction (to raise an Invoice) & once when viewing/editing a previously entered Invoice.
I closed the error & tried again - it worked second time for me so nothing serious.
I'm in mainland UK & on QBO Essentials I think.
Hope this helps.
I was reaching out to the Community to see if anyone else was having the same issue. We did report it to Support, but they have not solved this issue.
Thanks Paul. The issue is occuring very frequently (ie more than severatl times a day) for 2 users here for the last week. We've tried the usual clearing cache, history, going incognito, different browsers, different PCs to no avail... and reported it to Support.
Hi Michaela, what is the link for Ireland Quickbooks Community?
Hi MCooney, you can be re-directed to the Ireland QuickBooks Community for support with your product on this link (check that the URL shows learn-support/en-ie).
Thanks Georgia, however that link just leads to a request for CHAT with online Support. There doesn't seem to be a Ask Community page for us in Ireland. Not allowed in anyone else's gang...
Hi MCooney When you select the link that Georgia and I provided previously there is a Community heading > Community Q&A > select a relevant heading or Other Questions > Start a discussion.
Oh I see GLOBAL. I'll try that; was unwittingly looking for Ireland / or local support.
Many thanks
