Try opening your QBSE account on any private/incognito browser and run the bank feeds again.

Thats a great idea - just tried to do that a few times but still the same response ………..
soooooo annoying
Hi Douglas, thanks for your post - we'd like to help you to get these feeds back up and running. Firstly, are you able to update the bank using a different network connection, such as using 4G on mobile instead of Wi-Fi? :)
Hi there Georgia,
Thankyou for your message to help assist with this…….
- i have tried using a new browser on a different computer but no luck - same response
- i have tried using browser in Private mode
- turned the WiFi off on phone to use 4g access
- then tried via my iPad to phone hotspot from 4g connection - but still same response every time…….
this is soooo frustrating I don’t understand and the amount of time i have put into this is crazy - it really should be easy and help streamline everything - it makes this Quick Books self employed with no support so unusable it is crazy - really need to speak with someone - but no direct realtime support !!!!!!!!!
the attached photo - is what i get from intuit site every single time without fail ?????????
Is it true that i can have more than one bank account with QB Self employed ?
im trying to refresh 2 accounts at the same time ……..from the same bank - might this be a problem ?
Thanks for covering all those troubleshooting steps Douglas! There's no limit to the number of bank connections that you can add to your QuickBooks however this will depend on whether the account type is supported by your bank. Can we check which account types you hold (such as current account, savings, credit) and whether the accounts are business or personal accounts? If you would prefer real-time support please note you can also reach our chat team here. :)
