Hey there, james-scarlett.

I'm happy to see you in the Online Community. It’s my priority that you can reprint the P45 form.

I checked with my resources and didn’t find any reports about not being able to reprint the return. Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve browser-related issues.

First, open your company through an incognito window or a private browser. This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and cookies.

Here’s how to access for each browser:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P on your keyboard (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Press Control + Option + P on your keyboard (Safari).

If you're able to see the Download P45 link, it's recommended to clear your browser's cache. Should this not work in a private window, it would be good to try another browser to help narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior.

After following these steps, you should now be able to print the tax return.

Keep me posted on how these troubleshooting steps work for you. I’m here to make sure this issue is taken care of.
