Where can I find the P60 for my employee to print off

Clicked on Employee - Report - 2016/2017 year, but P60 does not appear on my list

The p60 reports should appear once you have approved and advanced from Period 12 into the new tax year. If you don't see the p60 forms after advancing, please contact our Support Team who will troubleshoot this with you.

On the employee profile page there is a tab called 'documents' , where you can download each employee's own P60 separately.

Please can you tell me where the P60 forms will appear? I have run a draft payroll run for April and can't see any P60 information anywhere.

Hello VGJ13,

Is April you last payroll period? You will need to approve and advance into the next tax year if so for the P60 to generate. Which version of payroll are you using? QuickBooks Payroll or PaySuite?

Is there anyway we can send the P60 to employees by email from Quickbook, like how the payslips can be sent?

Hello jenna-edbr,

There is no way to automatically send them from the system. You will need to download the PDF and email the report manually.

The P60 pdf file seems to download as a single report for all employees. Is there a way of downloading these separately for each employee?

Hello Johnathan_Smith,

The above suggestion is for QuickBooks Payroll. On PaySuite, there is no way to download separate P60s for each employee.
