Hi Talial, yes that's what happens but it's okay, I've figured it out. I was clicking on the downloaded payslip from my screen and then trying to print and it would only print the basic version. Once i have the full payslip onscreen, if I then click download again, save it to a file and print from that file, it will print full version. Bit of a long way round but that's okay, gives the result needed. Many thanks for getting back to me though, I'm finding this Quickbooks Community so helpful. :)
