Hi there, london. I'm here to provide information about integrating SUmUp to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, SumUp has not been added as a participating financial institution. Therefore, integrating the account is not possible. You can browse this article to check the supported list under Open Banking regulations: Banks that support Open Banking connections with QuickBooks Online.

As a workaround, you can download a CSV copy of your SumUp transactions and import it into QBO. I'd be glad to share all the steps with you. 

First, ensure to use either a 3-column or 4-column format of your CSV file. This is to make sure that it will be compatible and will be imported successfully. Please see this article for more details: Format CSV Files in Excel to Get Bank Transactions into QuickBooks.

Once ready, follow these steps to upload the data:

1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
3. Select the Link account drop-down, then select Upload from file.
4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
5. In the QuickBooks Account drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, select Continue.
6. If you're new to QuickBooks, you may not have an account to upload the transactions. If you don't see one, select Add new from the drop-down to create a new bank account.
7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
8. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
9. Select Yes to confirm, then Done.

Moreover, I suggest requesting support from your bank within your QuickBooks Online account.

Finally, once your transactions are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. The transactions go into the correct accounts after you review them.
