I can't get through to anyone on the QB assistant, its just the automated messages that can't help me with that I need.
I need to actually talk to a human being to run through a couple of different issues I am having. How can I do this?
Hello Indigochorley-gm, We'd be happy to go through any questions you have here or if you would like a screen share and chat in real-time you can use the chat option. we have tested the link, and agents are available now. Or you can contact us on social media on FB here or Twitter here We don't have a phone line you can speak to for Self Employed however with any of these options to contact our care team, they would be more than willing to go through the different issues with you.
Is there a way to turn off one of the bank accounts I have connected but still to keep all the transactions already categorised? So just to stop it syncing new transactions.
Hello Indigochorley-gm, to turn off a bank account in self employed is to click on the cog wheel top right hand side> click on connect bank under transactions heading> then where it says show account if you turn the green toggle to the left it will turn the connection off but still have all your transactions showing in the account, if you need to sync it again then just toggle it back on again.
Hey, thanks for your help however this solution does not work. It does disconnect the account but it also removes all transactions therefore changing my overall results. Is there a method that will keep all transactions already categorized but stop any future transactions syncing?
Hello Indigochorley-gm, can you please reach out to us on either Facebook or twitter with a PM/DM of the issue and the email address linked to your account so we can look into it more for you thanks.
