How do I complain about the service?

Intuit has taken money via PayPal payment from my customer but has not added it to my bank. It took the money on 15/04/2022. Who do I complain to? how can I complain?

How do I complain about the service?

MY BILLINGS AND SUBSCRIPTION HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR ALMOST A MONTH, AND QUICK BOOKS RENDERED MY WORK DESOLATE, I REALLY REGRET THE LITTLE ATTENTION I AM GETTING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I HAVE EMAILS, FROM QUICK BOOKS TELLING ME IT WILL TAKE LONGER TIME FOR THE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED, THEIR CUSTOMER CARE UNIT IS NOT ENCOURAGING AT ALL, AND THEY HAVE A VERY POOR SERVICE, I CANT WORK FOR ALMOST A WORK NOW. IT IS SO SAD, BECAUSE THEY REALLY CARE LESS WITH THIS ATTITUDE

How do I complain about the service?

i'd like to share my story with you. and i hope more customers know about QB. how they are ridiculous!!! AND WE PAID FUNDS FRO THE MISTAKE QB payroll department made!!!

In March 9th, we called customer service to help us to cancel payroll schedule on April 21th. we were told that we can not do by ourself, however, they will take care. in the end, we got confirmed email saying that payroll was successfully deleted. 

In April 18th, we received email that the payroll was not deleted. it will still go throw on April 21. we really surprised by this email. So we made stop payment. we dont want that money went out since there are two employees gone month ago. Unfortunately, the funds went out. in April 22th, we called customer service and request to solve this issue. it cost about 4hrs. nobody can help. we request to have phone call form manager.  nobody called back during 2-3 business days.in April 25th. call them again. and get a customer manager answer but we were told that he couldn't hlep, but he will talk to payroll dep. nobody contact us until May 2nd.  we called again for complaining, this time we got phone call after 30min from payroll dep manager.  her attitude was very rude. she didn't want to talk about mistake. she said whatever mistake they made, but our client will pay. she even threaten to sue us. she said she is very confidence to get pay. they made mistake on delete payroll and made mistake on transfer funds to employees. unbelievable, how she works like that.? how many customers were treated like this way?  we are accounting firm, how could we to explain to our client that they will pay for the mistake for QB? ......

In the end of this story, there is big joke that they dont even know their account number is wrong. WOW. the funds went out and back, because they provide wrong account number. IT IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!
