This error message means your bank account isn't updating in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know. this is only temporary and should resolve itself within 48 hours.

However, if the issue persists after the estimated time frame it will be fixed, I recommend contacting the QBO Care Team to further isolate this error and find a resolution.
Here's how;
- Hover your mouse to the upper right corner and click the Help icon.
- Select the Search icon. Then, tap Contact Us below.
- Pick Ask about something else table.
- Enter a brief description of your concern and Continue.
- Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
