Go to your bank transactions list on your screen, click the specific expense you want to divide, then click Split.
Once you click that button, a box will open where you can type in the exact numbers. Enter the amount of money that belongs to your business and choose the expense it was for.
Next, go to the second line in that same box and enter the remaining money for the personal share. If your screen has a Personal option, you can select that. If it does not, you type in Proprietor Drawings for that personal share. Then you click the Save button.
