I've just moved to the Netherlands so will be paying Dutch tax and VAT. How do I change my self-employed account so that it uses the Dutch tax system / rates to do my tax and VAT calculations? Thanks!
Hello there, Freya D.
I appreciate you for reaching out to the Community. Allow me to help provide information about what I know with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Right now, QBSE is only available in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia region. The QuickBooks product that only supports the Netherlands is QuickBooks Online International.
For the detailed steps on how to get the subscription, please check this out:
Please note you're unable to convert data from QBSE to QBO. You'll need to start a new subscription and manually enter prior data into the system.
I'm here anytime you need further assistance or additional concerns with using the product. The Community is always ready to help.

Hello TWE1,
Thanks for posting on this thread, can you clarify which country version of Quickbooks you are currently using and wanting to move over to please.
Do you wish to migrate data from QBD US version to QBO EU version for Netherlands, or else?
You may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online.

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

Open your company file, navigate to menu Edit > Preferences. Notice on the left panel, if you see the "Sales Tax", it means you are using QBD US version.

Where is your company located? In Netherlands, UK, or else?
Hello there
i want to migrate data from QB2015 accountant with unknown country version to QB online
If you are not sure which QBD country version you have now, consider 2 options as I mentioned earlier. QBD US to QBO US, QBD CA to QBO CA, and QBD UK to QBO UK.
we have a Belgium company based in Kenya and we have bought Quick books in Kenya
You may open the QBO Global version for Africa (Kenya), or QBO EU version for Belgium
https://quickbooks.grsm.io/Africa
then you may have 2 options to migrate data as I mentioned earlier. Contact us in private should you need to purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
thanks for the link
but its leading to an page where i cant download a windows QB global trial version
I already have an QBOnline membership
As I mentioned earlier, you may have 2 options to migrate data from QB Desktop to QB Online Global/EU version.
1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online.

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
