I changed my mobile, and again I can't upload receipts.

I have already been in touch with support, and they confirmed that it works, but when I changed my mobile, it is not working.

I changed my mobile, and again I can't upload receipts.

We appreciate your effort in contacting our live support team and want to ensure we find a solution for you as soon as possible, JakubT.

To help us better understand the situation and identify the issue, could you please let us know the mobile device you’re using when trying to upload receipts? Additionally, are you accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) through a web browser on your new device?

Several factors may be preventing you from uploading receipts successfully from a different mobile device. The most common reasons are related to the file type and size of the receipts you’re trying to upload, as well as potential software bugs.

If you're using a web browser on your new mobile, please note that QBSE only accepts specific file formats for receipt uploads, including PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG. If your device saves images in a different format, such as the HEIC format used by newer iPhones and iPads, you will need to convert your images to a supported format before uploading. Additionally, please note that files need to be between 46 KB and 20 MB in size to upload successfully. See this article for more details on uploading receipts: Upload your receipts.

If the issue persists, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and any cookies related to Intuit, as this can often resolve such issues. For detailed, step-by-step instructions tailored to your specific browser, please refer to our guide here: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks.

If the problem still continues, you can log in to your QBSE account using a supported web browser with the same username and password. This will allow you to manage your business until the mobile browser problem is resolved.

Let us know if you have other  concerns about uploading receipts. We’re here to help.

Unfortunately, it is not working.

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra, and I use an app.
