I have over 200 recurring transactions. I need to make changes to all of them. Is there a way I can download and amend? then reupload?

Hello there, @Sarfz. Let me help you get a list of your recurring transactions and make the necessary changes to all of them to keep your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account updated.

Yes, there's a way to download your recurring transactions so you can amend their details and then re-upload them in QBO. To do this, you can pull up the Recurring Template List report and export it to an Excel file. From there, make all the changes you need before importing them to QuickBooks. Please note that you can only import transactions like bills, journal entries, invoices, credit notes, and sales receipts.

When you're ready, follow these steps:

1. Go to Business overview and select Reports.
2. Find and open the Recurring Template List.
3. Click the Customise button to customise the report and focus on the details that matter the most to you. Then, click Run report once you're done.
4. Select the Export icon.
5. Choose the Export to Excel option.
