When I log on to Quickbooks Desktop it requires me to login to Intuit. Which I do and then it will not let me go further. It takes 15 minutes every time. I finally click on "not the admin" and it says it will remind me again in 7 days! Great I can't wait. I'm very sick of this! This started happening when I upgraded. Great upgrade! Adds lots of frustration and wasted time to my life!!
This is not the impression we want you to have when using QuickBooks, Kelly Wilson.

I am getting this issue with the windows app. I have "Stay signed in" checked but it doesn't matter... I still have to sign in EVERY TIME. Why?
Hello @Bant Bitterwood,
One instance I can think of which can be the reason why you're still asked to enter your login credentials even after checking the Stay signed in selection is the page resources stored on your desktop app.
Let's clear them so you can keep your login credentials stay signed in every time you need to work with QuickBooks Online in your desktop app. Let me show you how.
Additionally, I've also included this reference to learn more about what you can get most out of the app while using it: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General Support.
You may notice the region of the included reference is for the US but all of its content applies to the current app version you're using.
