Hi
I've set up my system to CC me on customer emails but I'd also like to be able to CC another member of staff for certain customers.
Is this possible?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello, Tracy2972, you can only have one automatic cc in the account and settings which is for all invoices, however, you can when creating the invoice add a second cc by clicking on the blue cc/bcc next to customer email and adding it there manually on each email. You could also in the customer information section add a second email by separating the customer email with a comma.
I can help you with setting up your invoices to CC your other member or staff, @tracey2972.
You can go to your Account and Settings to add a Carbon Copy (CC) email address of your other members or staff. They’ll be receiving a copy of every invoice that you’ll create and send. You can separate multiple emails with a comma.
Follow the steps below:
Refer to the following article for more information on how to send a sales form to multiple email recipients without setting it up as Cc/Bcc recipients: Email a sales form or report to multiple email addresses.
After receiving the payment from the invoices you've sent, see the following article on how to record this transaction: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
I'm always here if you need more help in setting up up your invoice settings and or anything else, by leaving a reply below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can. Take care and have a great rest of the day!
Hi
Thanks for coming back to me.
I've got my system set up to CC all invoices to me but I'd like the ones for a specific customer to be CC'd to someone else as well. It's only for that one customer.
Is this possible?

Has this feature been updated since 2021? We use 2023 Enterprise. What we would like to do is copy the territory rep for each sales order and invoice based on the Rep/State call out. Is this possible now or is it anticipated in the future?
