Thank you for your prompt reply. I didn't find any screenshots on your latest post, but that's fine.
I checked and found out that there's an open investigation for the specific issue you stated above. With that said, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for further assistance. What they can do is add you to the list of our affected users. As soon as an update becomes available, you'll receive an email notification.
