Is there anyway I can email my sub-contractors CIS statement through Quickbooks? Or do I have to download each one individually into a file and then send?

The option to email the CIS statement is unavailable, robbie1.

You'll want to export the CIS Statement as PDF for each supplier and then send. Here's how:

  1. Click Taxes, then CIS.
  2. Click the Statements link.
  3. Click the Export as PDF link to download in PDF format. Then, save the file on your desktop.

After that, email the statement to your suppliers.

You might also want to use the CIS 300 Summary Report and filter it to email directly from QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, and then type CIS 300 Summary Report in the Find report by name field.
  2. Click the Customize button to filter.
  3. Click Run report.
  4. Click the Email icon.

This article is also a good reference: CIS in QuickBooks.

Please let me know if there's anything else you need.
