All my mileage on the mobile app has disappeared. Its still showing on the online version, but when I view it on my phone it says I have zero deductions. The app is up to date and is connected to the internet by wifi.

We did have an issue which was reported to our engineers regarding the app showing zero deductions.This has been fixed in the latest app version,if you can delete and then reinstall the app it should be resolved.The latest version is 5.2.6.Let us know how you get on.

I have same problem. I have installed latest issue and now even dashboard says £0 deductions and 0 business miles. On PC mileage still shows on Home page but only 1 unreviewed trip from yesterday. There should be at least 2?

I've just started getting the problem too. It's showing on dashboard but when I look into the mileage screen it isn't.

Just checked my wife's QB on PC and initially it had no recorded mileage but after refresh it came back. Mine has now lost mileage from dashboard and mileage records on phone app. But still showing on Homepage on PC but not on deduction page. Hope it can be rectified because tax deductions have disappeared from Tax Summary too!!!!

Could you please clear cache & cookies within the browser on the PC? Make sure you clear this for All time and refresh QuickBooks once cleared. Log back in then check if the trips have reappeared. Let us know how you get on.

The desktop view was working in 'home' and 'miles' tab for a few minutes. Now the mileage is showing just showing in 'home' but not 'miles'.
On my Android app on the 'dashboard' tab it shows the mileage total if I refresh the screen but if I do it again it shows no mileage recorded, then if I refresh the screen a few more times it'll come back. If I go into the mileage tab nothing is showing.
Both the desktop and mobile apps aren't working correctly.
Tried clearing cookies etc and signing in and out of both desktop and mobile app.
The mobile app is still randomly showing or not showing my mileage total when I refresh dashboard. If I go into the mileage tab is doesn't show anything.
After logging back in Desktop was showing in both home and miles tabs.
After a few minutes it's only showing recorded mileage in the 'home' tab. Going to the 'miles' tab is now not showing anything again.
I am getting same results as CAA80. But when I log in to my wife's account everything is correct. I've clear all history on P.C. and still no mileage on Miles tab or on SA summary.
I have just noticed there are no mileage records for last tax year either on PC or phone app.
Please could you send any screenshots you can to show the miles showing on one system but not the other, then disappearing? If you are not comfortable uploading these to a public forum, please get in touch with us via Facebook or Twitter (QuickBooks UK) and private message.

This morning there are no transactions on either mine or my wife's account. Hopefully you are aware of this and they will re-appear as did the mileage?

Are you referring to all transactions within the accounts or just the ones showing in the transaction sections?
The ones showing in Transaction section. They are still accounted in Home and Taxes section. So I guess they are still there somewhere.

It may be a browser related issue, we would be grateful if you can logout of QuickBooks, clear your cache and cookies and log back in again.
