I'm looking at whether we should move from QBO Plus to QBO Advanced, on the basis that when we first joined we wanted to be on Advanced but this was only available in the US, not the UK. One reason is that we are quite a complex charity and find ourselves restricted by the limits on classes, locations, chart of accounts, etc.
For the US, Canada and other countries, visiting the page about limits includes information on the limits for each subscription type with lots of categories, including those above. (See https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-subscriptions/learn-usage-limi... or https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/help-article/intuit-subscriptions/learn-usage-limi... for examples.) However, the UK site only shows the limit on users, and none of the other limits (see https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/intuit-subscriptions/learn-usage-limi...).
Please can you publish the full list of limits? This will be key to making a decision to upgrade.
I've also noticed that your page at https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/help-article/accounting-bookkeeping/everything-nee... notes that: The UK version of QuickBooks Online Advanced shares the majority of core features as pioneered in the US and Canadian offering, and we’re working hard to bring the products as close to parity as regional differences allow. As always, we will continue to invest in features and enhancements to better serve our customers' needs.
Are you able to give details on which specific features do or don't yet work on the UK version as compared to the US version (e.g. does Spreadsheet Sync work, as the video on that page is clearly for the US version, not the UK)?
Many thanks,
Phil.

Hello, @Phil_UK. I'm delighted to join this conversation and answer your further queries.
Usage limits refer to the maximum number of accounts or users you can have at any given time in QuickBooks. Depending on your subscription, you have specific limits that apply to billable and non-billable users, chart of accounts, classes, locations, and tags. I'll be happy to break them down for you.
As a QuickBooks Online Advanced user, here are your current usage limits:
Please note that only active or invited users, accounts, classes, locations, and tags count toward the limit in each category.
For detailed information and guidance on how to check your usage limits, you can refer to the article: Learn about usage limits in QuickBooks Online. Although the article is based in the US, the same principles apply to UK subscriptions.
Additionally, here's an article that'' help you, add, manage, and delete user profiles in case you'd notice that you've reached the limit: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.

Hi Kevin,
Many thanks for your quick reply. You mention that there's no resource that drills down the specific features of the different versions, yet I included links that showed you do publish the limits on the US and Canada versions. These limits exist (and I had managed to find them before we signed up to QBO Plus), so it shouldn't take long for someone to create the same table for the UK version.
The FAQ notes (as I quoted) that there are differences between the UK and the US/CA features, and that you are working hard to bring the products close to parity. Therefore, I would expect there to be a development schedule so your teams know which features have been implemented and which are still being worked on. You don't have to give timelines, but you could at least note which features are different. Otherwise, the text that is there doesn't answer the question in your FAQ. The question asks, "How does the UK version of QuickBooks Online Advanced compare to the US and CA offering?", and at the moment the answer is, "There are differences, but we're not saying what they are".
Both of these issues make it look like the UK market is still seen as far less important than your US and other markets. I had similar issues before I signed up when your UK data protection team couldn't get answers out of the US legal team about whether you were actually implementing the UK DPA and UK GDPR.
If Intuit won't provide the UK market with the information that you're happy to give other markets, then it looks like you're selling a pig in a poke, and we won't buy that!
Following on from my previous message, please could you let me know what the limits are for the following, on the QBO Advanced UK version?
Many thanks,
Phil.
