Can I change my UK Account number to any other region number like Pakistan will it effect my subscription? I want to do it as I am managing a client who is UK and dont want to get disturb if code is asked for security reason.

When you say change the account number, are you referring to the company ID? If so, changing this information is unavailable. This is because the account’s region is set by the region’s website in which the subscription was made.
You'll want to use the Multicurrency feature. This helps to record foreign currency transactions using the same account without changing the account’s country. Note: Once the feature is enabled, turning it off is unavailable.
To change the country, you'll need to create a new account. You can go to this link: Choose your country.

As i have seen quickbooks UK is different from quickbooks Pakistan. Will it effect anything or the email used for subscription is enough for that purpose and i can change it to any other region, the number.

You should be able to change the number and it should not affect anything on your account, all it will affect is where the code it sometimes sends you when you login to your account goes to.
