I have tried several times to export data and each time it fails, see error. Anyone know why?

Hello Dwbrown57, so we are currently aware of this issue and are working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. The work around is to export from each section instead so from reports, from within the cusotmer list ect.
Have you tried open your account on private/incognito browser?
I am using macOSBiig Sur 11.4 and Safari 14.1.1 in standard mode, I will try using chrome.
I've also tried Chrome on the Mac and Edge on win10 and have the same problem.

Hi David, it is no problem at all, I have added you to the investigation so any update form it you will receive an email to inform you about it.
