With the recent updates and changes to the availability of the desktop program, you can migrate your data on or before the said discontinuation date, June 30 of this year. Thus, to help you transfer your data, you'll first need to secure a backup copy of your company file. Doing so will help you have a seamless transition into QBO.
Once ready, you'll have to update and review your online account information to match your desktop company's details. To do this:

If you are using the one time license, you should wait until tomorrow. If you can no longer run the program, you have no choice but to convert your data.
Hello Carol128, If you cant use MMB to convert today with it being the last day, can you please ring the desktop supportline on 0808 168 9535 so they can look into extending your license until you get it converted.
I'm still using it today, it runs out at 1 minute to midnight. I've already paid for my online subscription for 6 months but I'm wanting another month or so on Desktop to get a batch of work finished.
