Hello Iain14,
Welcome to the Community page,
What are you needing help with exactly with your self employed account?
With you saying you set it up my mistake are you wanting to cancel this Self employed account?
could you provide us with more information so we can help resolve your issue. Thanks
Hi Ashleigh1
Yes i have a quickbooks wholesale account and i set up a self employed account for a potenetial new client. After a discussion with him we decided it would be better if they were on a simple start. But they can't find the email link i sent and i can't access the account even though it appears on my billing. I would like to get into the account to cancel then set upva new simple start account.

Thank you, but will the client then be billable as they can't find the email invite which i had sent and the account will still be active?
Your welcome and no they wouldn't get billed. It is just they way they have worded it in Quickbooks, when you click on transfer billing to cleint it just makes the account inactive and the only way to make it active again is if the cleint was to log into that account and entered in their billing details.
Great Thank you
