Sigh, another night wanting to do a few things on QB. Now another error message.

Now getting this error message. Whilst I receive an email saying the connection to Cooperative bank has been deployed!!! 
yet it still will not let me connect.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are a few reasons why bank error 101 occurs. First, let's check if your bank is under maintenance which may hinder you from connecting. To do this, sign in to your bank's website in a new tab or a different browser and see if you can get in without any errors.

 

Next, I'd recommend checking if your account is active. If there is a balance on your account or if there have been transactions within the last year, your account is deemed active. If your account is active but can't log in to your bank's website, I suggest contacting them directly to sort this out.

 

Lastly, let's go back to your bank's website and look for missed prompts or any messages that need your confirmation such as terms and conditions. Let's acknowledge the prompt and then refresh your account in QBO.

Nope 

 

none of these suggestions is the problem. 
coop did have a maintenance update on weekend.  Sunday I connected qb to coop ‘again’!!! 
link stable for most of the day. Then dropped. 
since Monday, this 101 error occurred. Since then qb emailed me to say error of connection has been deployed. Have no idea what that means. But seemed something I should celebrate. Yet new error had now occurred. 

Zero connection again. And again and again. Groundhog Day! 

Of course my cooperative bank is active!!! Yes qb is active too. 

terms and conditions already confirmed after maintenance on Sunday.

Error on browsers login as well. 
so nothing to do with the app before anyone suggests. 

Constant errors after errors.
