Hi julia-scotttim-c Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We're aware of the issue that you're experiencing and our engineers are working towards resolving it. I've created a case in relation to this contact and I've added it/your details to the investigation and if there are any updates or when the issue is resolved you'll be notified by email from that case. In the meantime you can select the blue circular icon in the top right of the home page of your QuickBooks account > Manage your Intuit account > Products and billing > Select the account you'd like to access.
Thanks John. If I go via the blue circular icon as you suggest I end up back in the original company I was working on. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
Hi julia-scotttim-c If you select the blue circular icon > select Manage your Intuit Account > you should then be directed to accounts.intuit.com > there should be an option on the left-hand menu, Products and billing, when you select that option it should provide you with a list of companies that your details are associated with which you should be able to select and login to. If this option isn't working for you then you would have logout of the account, log back in and select the company you'd like to access.
