They cannot both be correct.
I have reported this previously.
Hello Irvingjohnvincen, thanks for coming back to us here, the widgets are designed to give an overview and may have different accounts posting to them and date ranges applied. For accurate reporting, we would advise you to run the actual reports, from the reports tab on the web application.
I don't understand your response.
The widgets show the same amount and time period but different percentages.
At least one of them MUST be wrong and if you simply accept that then what is the point of the app?
Surely this needs examining to find the correct figure or you withdraw the app.

I'm sorry but your question does not make sense.
The reports don't compare one period to another or provide percentage difference figures (to my knowledge) but if they did they can only agree with one of the percentage figures not both of them. ONE OR BOTH of them is wrong.

The QuickBooks Online mobile app is always in sync with the web version. The tasks and changes you've made in the app should show up on the web, and vice versa. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to check if this is a mobile application issue.
Let's start by resetting the data in your mobile app. You should be able to update your data as long as you’re connected to the internet. Here’s how to do it on different mobile operating systems:
Once done, you can close and reopen the mobile app and check the Widgets data again. Also, I'd suggest restarting your phone. If you continue to get the same result, we can uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh. Just follow the steps below to uninstall it.
